No surprises (except positive ones)
With us, you know where you stand right from the start. Without any calculators or small print. Our prices are as clear as the view of the mountains and as honest as a Tyrolean handshake. Only the beautiful holiday moments are free on top.
Our rates are based on 1 or 2 people per night. We charge €15 per night for each additional person; children up to 2 years old are €7 per night.
The cost for final cleaning is €40 for the “Kuschelnest” apartment and €60 for the “Familiennest” and “Freiraum” apartments.
During the periods (July 9 – September 12, 2027; December 18, 2027 – January 9, 2028; and February 11 – March 5, 2028), the listed prices apply uniformly for 1 or 2 people.
During the periods (May 1 – July 9, 2027; September 12 – December 18, 2027; Jan. 9 – Feb. 11, 2028, and Mar. 5 – Apr. 30, 2028), single-occupancy guests (1 person)
will receive a discount of up to €35.00 per night compared to the regular price for two people:
